Happy New Years!

Happy New years my peoples of the WEST! over hear we're already in the afternoon times, but hope you all had a good new years celebration. My grandad and my aunt (dad's sister) came to visit us from the states and so my dad's side got to be 'family' for new years for the first time in who KNOWS how long. pretty sweet to see.

Hey, any good new years resolutions? post below if you have good ones. So far for me the list of hopefuls is...:

- read a novel a month
- run three times a week
- focus on one spiritual discipline and really let it shape my spiritual life this year (e.g. fasting, silence, solitude... any ideas guys?)
- be able to touch my toes (someday...)

Peace and Happy New Years my friends...

Daniel
