Aloha!

Hi guys!
I hope everyone's winter break has been amazing so far! I haven't "blogged" on anything in such a long time but I think it's a good idea to re-start it at some point right?

My break has been really fun. I'm working at the University of Hawaii bookstore and other than that I've just been trying to relax and take a breath before the next semester. God has blessed me with a beautiful (warm... yaaaaay) home and a great family. I've had some recent troubles with a friend that I disappointed so I guess that would be a prayer request of mine. Her sister recently started at Oxy as a freshman and I was not there for my friend when her sister went through some hard times with her roomate, etc because I missed a phone call from her and failed to call her back in time. I don't think her sister is coming back and my friend doesn't seem to happy with me not being able to find her sister a new roommate in time... it's a bit of a pickle I must say.

Other than that, I'm uploading a picture from a pretty rough hike that I got dragged on this past Monday (I'm still super sore) but the waterfall at the end was worth it (the picture isn't of the waterfall since I had to climb to see it and my camera wasn't safe during the climb...haha). I can't wait to hear from everyone else :)
